Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Coeur gear. If it’s not quite the perfect fit, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Returns are free and can be started by emailing us at support@coeursports.com.

We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid label.

If you need an exchange, your best bet is to purchases the new gear to ensure you snag the exact size and color you want and then return the original price for the full refund. 


Domestic Shipping (AUS)

Most Coeur orders are packed and posted within 1-2 business days. All orders ship via Australia Post with full tracking, so you can follow your gear’s journey.

Shipping rates are based on product weight until you hit the free shipping threshold of $200 —then it’s on us.

Need it in a hurry? Choose Express Post and order before 12:00pm AEST (Sydney time) for same-day dispatch. Orders after midday will ship the next business day (sorry mates, we can’t bend time just yet). Express fees are non-refundable if you miss the cut-off.


Taxes, Import Fees & Duties

Shipping covers the ride, not the red tape. You’re responsible for any customs or import duties your local government may charge. Coeur can’t quote or control these fees. Sorry!


International Shipping

We currently ship from Australia to New Zealand and Singapore via Australia Post.
If you’re elsewhere in the world, head over to our U.S. site www.coeursports.com for international ordering.

We’re not responsible for lost international packages once they’re in the courier’s hands although we will help you try to find them.


Missing a Package?

Don’t panic! Here’s what to do if your order’s gone walkabout:

  1. Check with your neighbours. Aussie posties can be creative with drop-offs.

  2. Contact Australia Post. They can often chat with the delivery driver and pinpoint where it landed.

  3. Wait a minute (3–5 business days). Sometimes parcels just need a little more time to stretch their legs.

  4. Still no luck? Email us at support@coeursports.com and we’ll help sort it out. We’ll work with you to get things right—no worries.
